Blackhawk+ is the combination of a Blackhawk Analytic Appliance with Blackhawk Managed Detection & Response (MDR) service.

Yes. BlackhawkNest provides an insurance-backed $1,000,000 data breach warranty for our combined Blackhawk Analytic Product and Managed Detection & Response service (a.k.a., Blackhawk+).

The warranty is contingent upon the client (a) maintaining enough raw storage space in the Blackhawk Analytic Platform™ to hold at least three weeks of full-time, full network packet capture (“Storage”) and (b) provisioning and maintaining reliable access for all applicable network and audit (a.k.a., log) data sources (“Visibility”).

24/7 automated security monitoring with up to 40 hours per month of 8x5 analyst triage, response, and hunt services. Off-hours triage and response for critical alerts is available for an additional fee. Weekly host e-Discovery for indicators of compromise and weekly reporting.

Yes. MDR services are offered on a year-by-year basis without a cancellation fee. Cancellations within a performance year are subject to an early cancellation fee. In all instances, 90 days written notice is required.
